David Ly, DDS

Doctor David Ly (pronounced Lee) is a unique kind of dentist. With his kid-oriented style and fun personality, he gets children excited about their dental care and helps them to develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

After receiving his doctorate from Columbia University in New York City, Dr. Ly completed a two-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, as well as, a two-year residency earning him the status as a specialist in pediatric dentistry. This is a distinction achieved by fewer than 3 percent of all dentists. 

Each year, Dr. Ly continues to study advanced children's dentistry with the nation's foremost clinicians. But most importantly, he takes the time to get to know each patient personally, communicating with parents and children to create a unique dental experience that leaves children eager to return.

Dr. Ly and his wife, Laura, are both Southern Californian natives, and after a brief stint in New York, they are back in Southern Californian raising their children, They are proud parents of a three boys, Tyler, Derek and Alexander.

Dr. Ly is a proud member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Diego Dental Society, and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
